In Google, we used the following campaign types:
• Targeted Search campaigns for every centre in the country
• Smart Display campaign to increase awareness, remarketing and to reach new audiences
• Discovery campaign in order to drive engagement with richer, more relevant ads.
• YouTube campaign to increase brand awareness
• After testing smart bidding on some campaigns, we noticed an increase of leads so we switched all campaigns to smart bidding strategies – mostly target CPA and maximize conversions.
In Facebook, we use the following strategy:
• Facebook posts – 3 times/ day
• There are 5 types of posts that we use during the day:
• motivational message in the morning
• the benefits of fruits or vegetables at noon
• promoting the Natur House supplements in the afternoon
• blog article and newsletter once a week
• special recipe on Sundays
• Post Engagement campaign – we promote one post per day, targeting the fans, friends of fans, lookalike audiences and users who previously visited the website.

Both in Google and Facebook, we used dedicated ad copy and we targeted 80% women and 20% men, because women are the target audience.
We started working with Natur House in March 2019. The following results are achieved YoY:
