Continental is the world leader in automotive component suppliers. In Sibiu it is the largest and most important company in the industrial area. The number of employees is constantly growing, in 2016 it was necessary to hire 1000 people
The second month since starting the campaigns, the number of impressions increased by 59%, the number of website visits increased by 50%, while the CPA decreased by 30%.
Labor market competitiveness is increasing. Continental, the world market leader in automotive component suppliers, needed to be much smarter in their PPC tactics and leverage better targeting to mitigate costs.
We had two main objectives:
• increase the number of applications for urgent jobs for the company;
• keep the ads in the top position in Google searches.
We created a Search, Display and Youtube campaign and adopted a test-and-learn approach so we would be able to continuously optimise the campaign towards conversions.
We targeted people who were interested in finding a job in which they were qualified and we did that by having specific keywords and ads in Search and also using dedicated audiences in Display and Youtube (interests, in-market, affinity, custom intent, topics).
• From the second month, the number of impressions increased by 59%
• The number of site visits increased by 50%, while the acquisition cost decreased by 30%
• The company received 60% more applications from the relevant candidates for the promoted positions
• The Search ads were always shown in the top positions in Google results
